POSITION:

District Sales Manager

COMPANY PROFILE:

• An extremely successful and prestigious company located near the Monroe City Area, is looking to fill a full-time position for a District Sales Manager. This company has multiple locations and they pride themselves on their products and customer service.

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

• The base salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 to start, as well as commission based on sales performance.
• In addition to this competitive salary, there is a full benefits package including health, 401K, retirement, and vision..
• In this position you will also be supplied with a personal use company vehicle, cell phone, and a laptop.
• There are several opportunities for advancement.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• As a District Sales Manager you will cover a small territory made up of approximately 6 counties, and correspond with regional sales agronomists to maintain and provide an elevated sales support.
• Within this region you will manage existing accounts and take on new merchants to enhance sales, and meet sales goals.
• You will maintain and learn thorough knowledge about the products and services for your territory.
• Additionally, you will develop and increase customer relationships by working face-to-face with them, within the region.

• Applicant should be able to work independently to meet sales goals.
• Candidate should have excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Candidate should have the ability to uphold relationships with all customers in order to meet their needs.
