Job Description:
* Lead efforts in developing and implementing an outstanding customer service program that will enhance the ability to serve patrons across all product areas.

* Assist with the training and development of all sales staff across all product areas.

* Oversee vendor relationships and programs in the Retail Sales area with increased focus on growing the overall sales of each department. Work directly with the Product Sales Group to build business platform.

* Develop and lead the implementation of strategic marketing plans as to enhance market share.

* Work to develop and monitor sales and incentive programs that will enhance the growth of market share.

* Make product and services recommendations to members that will result in more profitable sales and margins of these products.

Education/Job Experience:
* Preferred candidates will have 5 years sales experience preferably with sales supervisory experience.
* Agronomy experience required, grain experience preferred, feed and energy experience will be considered a plus.
* Good people skills necessary.
* Strong written and verbal skills necessary
* Computer skills desirable
