We are looking for a talented individual to be a "player/coach" for a small but influential team. In this role you'll be prepared to roll up your sleeves and lead by example with your staff, as well as collaborating and negotiating with a range of partners across the region.

The role requires an exceptional blend of experience in staff management, a background in extension or change management, and as well an ability to develop an influential presence and strong partnerships.
